Eye Care FAQ

Here you will find all the answers to any questions you may have about your eye appointment. If you can’t find what you are looking for then please do get in touch.

A sight test involves a series of tests to check your vision and to check for eye diseases. Our optometrists use their experience and wealth of professional knowledge to provide you with the best eyecare. They will prescribe spectacles if needed based on the results of your sight test. Sometimes, the optometrist may need to refer for a medical opinion.

Of course, you do! It’s not all about glasses, but the health of your eyes too. Our optometrists can detect early signs of eye diseases through the many methods of testing. Leaving a symptom untreated can potentially be sight threatening. We recommend having a sight test once every 2 years.

You can call us on 01909 569995 or complete our online form and we will get in contact with you as soon as we can.

A private sight test is £35.00.
